What a night! It was so great to come together tonight to celebrate World Teachers’ Day with South Australian educators at the National Wine Centre !

In 2021 we have seen Association educators from all over SA commit themselves to ensure that no matter what the challenge, every young learner in our State has still had the opportunity to be supported to reach their learning potential and tonight we celebrate all that they have collaboratively achieved. “When we choose to become an educator we are making a commitment to influencing the future, to standing up for those who are yet to find their voice and to building connections that can be life changing for the children and young people we are lucky enough to engage with. Our profession is both an honourable one and one which requires complete dedication to build our craft” said Lisa-Jane O’Connor, president of Educators SA.
