How much does the training cost?
My employer/job provider is paying for my training. Can they pay by invoice?
Yes. This option is available in the payment section of the online booking form.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, debit card and electronic funds transfer.
How long does the training go for?
The training goes for 7 hours, beginning at 9am and finishing at 4pm.
I need to leave the training early to go to work/go to an appointment/pick up my children from school. Can I do this?
No. To complete the training and receive a certificate you must actively participate for the full duration of the training. This applies to both face to face training and online training.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule your booking any time by contacting our office. Please note, some fees may apply.

When will I receive my certificate?
You will receive your certificate after you have satisfied the requirements of the training. For face to face training, you will receive a paper certificate at the end of your training session. For online training, you will receive a digital certificate within two business days after your training session.
I have misplaced my certificate. Can I get another copy from Educators SA?
If you completed your RAN-EC training through Educators SA, we will be able to provide you with a copy of your certificate. A reprint fee of $15.00 will apply.
How long is my certificate valid for?
RAN-EC certificates are valid within three-year blocks. The current three-year block is 2018-2020. This means if you completed your training in 2018, 2019 or 2020, you will be required to complete a free, online refresher course by the end of 2021 to keep your training valid.
