Al Bar – Implementing Gianfranco Conti Strategies
Aims: To see how various Conti-style communicative strategies can be implemented in a Year 7 unit of work.
The objective of the unit ‘Al Bar’ (at the café) is to engage students through input games (listening to language) and output games (producing language) in Italian.
The aim is also to immerse the students as if they were spending the morning in a café in Italy.
