Event Schedule
- 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM | Networking & Live Demos Kick off the afternoon with hands-on experience. The RealityTEK team will facilitate live VR demos, allowing you to test-drive the latest educational software and hardware.
- 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM | The RealityTEK Introduction An overview of RealityTEK’s mission and an introduction to the “Success Stack.” We will discuss the current capabilities of VR in schools and the key considerations every educator needs to know before diving in.
- 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Insights from the Field Colleen O’Rourke (Hills Christian Community School) shares her journey with immersive technology. Learn practical takeaways and strategies on how to navigate school culture to achieve genuine buy-in from leadership and staff.
- 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM | Scaling with Confidence Ryan Simio from ManageXR joins us to discuss the essential side of VR. Discover why robust Mobile Device Management (MDM) is the secret to effective, stress-free device deployment in a busy school environment.
- 7:00 PM onwards | Wrap Up & Hands-On Play Stay for a final drink, network with peers, and head back into the headsets for more live demos with the RealityTEK team.
