Orff Schulwerk Association of South Australia

The Orff Schulwerk Association of South Australia (OSASA) is a professional organisation of classroom music teachers who use the creative teaching approach of music and movement developed by Carl Orff and Gunild Keetman.

We are joined by our belief that learning about music – learning to sing and play, to hear and understand, to move and create – should be an active and joyful experience.

OSASA and its members are also affiliated with the Australian National Council of Orff Schulwerk Inc. (ANCOS).

Membership

OSASA offers three types of member subscription – individual, corporate and student.

Each subscription type has tailored benefits, including:

Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge the traditional owners throughout South Australia and we pay respect to the custodians of the lands on which we live and learn. We respect their spiritual relationship with Country and acknowledge that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to those living today and we do so in the spirit of reconciliation.
