Noeleen has been a Director on the Educators SA Board since 2022 and Vice President in 2024 and 2025. In my Association, she was the VAESA committee Secretary from 2017 until 2021, then VAESA President from 2022 until 2024. She is currently on the SACE Renewal Group for Visual Arts and participate in the Arts Curriculum Leaders Network for the SA Curriculum.

Noeleen’s passion for supporting educators and the education sector is driven by a deep belief in the power of professional community and the transformative impact that connected, confident teachers can have on young people. She wants to strengthen the pathways that connect preservice, early career, and experienced teachers to Associations, ensuring that belonging becomes a natural and supported part of every teacher’s professional journey.
