Frankie is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in supporting teachers and school leaders. With a background in roles such as Project Officer at the Department for Education, Acting Principal, Inclusive Education Coordinator, and Literacy Coach at CESA, as well as an Aboriginal Education Consultant at AISSA, Frankie brings a wealth of knowledge to the education sector.

As the current ALEA SA State Director and ALEA National Treasurer, Frankie has a deep understanding of governance, strategic planning, and professional association leadership. Her work involves building strong relationships with educators, ensuring that teachers’ voices are heard, and advocating for a confident and competent profession.

Driven by a passion for empowering educators, Frankie is committed to fostering a vibrant and connected community within Educators SA. Her focus includes strengthening ties between educators and policymakers, championing teacher agency in policy development, and ensuring sustainable improvements in the education system.

Outside of work, Frankie values work-life balance, starting each day with exercise and a nutritious breakfast—an essential part of maintaining energy and focus while supporting the education community.
