Early Years and Primary School Educators! Are you looking for inspiration and ideas to engage in more outdoor learning and nature play at your school or site? Our May 17th workshop aims to provide educators with the knowledge, confidence and skills to embrace more outdoor learning and play!

This full-day workshop features a combination of knowledge-based presentations and hands-on practical sessions including:

    • Exploring the importance of sensory play and free play
    • Rich storytelling and bookish learning through nature
    • Building cultural awareness through art with Uncle Tamaru (Kaurna)
    • Knowing and naming the creatures and plants that call your space home
    • Finding next steps to improve your outdoor learning and play environment
