The Australian Association for Teachers of the Deaf (SA) presents its Term 2 professional learning event Students with a Hearing Loss – Sharing Professional Practice featuring a panel of Deaf Education professionals.

Would you like to network with other educators working with students, with a hearing loss? Join us for a panel Q&A event with professionals within Deaf Education representing the early years, primary, secondary and special/inclusive education sectors.

The session will cover:

  • differentiating your practice
  • assistive technology
  • improving classroom acoustics
  • hearing loss and cognitive development
  • fostering social skills
  • career opportunities within Deaf education etc.
